The Well-Appointed Desk reviews the Clairefontaine Zellige notebook

Laura at The Well Appointed Desk recently reviewed the new Clairefontaine Zellige notebook!

She was interested in the history of Zellige style mosaics in Morocco, and was impressed with the performance of the paper:

Clairefontaine has a reputation for having lovely paper, and this journal is no exception. The pages are smooth and creamy and I had no trouble with fountain pens, fine liners or gel pens.

She shows writing samples with a variety of pens.

You can see the entire review here.

The Clairefontaine Zellige notebooks feature a soft textured cover and are available in A6 (pocket) or A5 sizes with lined 90g Clairefontaine ivory paper. Available in taupe, beige or orange.

So far you can buy them at Paper Bistro or Vanness Pen Shop. Hopefully more retailers will be carrying these beautiful notebooks soon!
