1) Please tell us a little bit about yourself.
I was born and raised in Miami, Florida where I currently live and work as a graphic designer.
After graduating from Arizona State University College of Design, I started my own studio, and have been self-employed ever since.
In 2011, I moved back to Miami, started my current studio, Raneytown, along with my sister, where we work with businesses large and small to create long-lasting design solutions. This year (2016), I started my Masters in Interior Architecture at Florida International University, where I look to expand the services I am able to offer my clients.
I’m also a Pinterest Influencer with over 1.2 million followers.
2) How and when did you first discover Rhodia products?
During design school, I would see everyone with orange notebooks. I finally came across them in person at La Grande Orange Cafe, in Phoenix, AZ.
3) Which are your favorite Rhodia products?
I’m partial to the classic orange and black pads, but some of the newer products fit the needs of different tasks well.
The variety of products available makes it easy to find something that will suit every need.
4) Does using Rhodia products make your job easier in any way? (Do quality tools make the job easier?)
Yes! I recently got into bullet journalling and have multiple notebooks going at one time. Whether for my client work, journaling, sketch booking, or school, the open format of the notebooks provide the flexible structure I need.
5) Pencil, pen, or other? Favorites?
My favorites pens are the Pentel Technica 03 and Muji Gel Ink Ball Point pens. I also like the traditional Staedtler lead holders.
6) Where do you regularly purchase Rhodia products?
I usually buy my Rhodia online where I can find the largest selection of sizes and variations in one place.
