  1. The picture of the sheet out of the meeting book looks to be quite well thought out and looks as it could be quite useful except that it is spiral bound. In the past I have been the secretary for several nonprofit organizations and part of my duties as secretary was to take notes at the general meetings as well as executive sessions and prepare the meeting minutes. One thing that was common to each organization’s bylaws was that meeting attendance minutes \ notes had to be recorded in a “sewn-in” bound book. The idea was that pages of the attendance and minutes book could not be torn from the book without being noticed. Additionally the attendance and minutes had to be recorded in pen and ink or indelible pencil. So changing the binding to something like Clairefontaine Basic Clothbound notebook or a center stitch like a classic sewn in copybook some other permanent binding to me would make this page layout much more useful
