One of my personal favorites, I’ve always loved the 6×8″ meeting book for its size, double spiral, bright white paper, and sectioned layout. Invented by a CEO for his own use, this notebook is designed to be an all-in-one record of meeting discussions, decisions & action items. Easy to review at a glance, with space for action items and room to organize notes on the side, it’s the optimal tool for efficient meetings.
- Black or signature Rhodia orange cover options
- Pre-printed pages: Date + Notes + Action
- 2 Sizes: 6 ½ x 8 ¼” & 9 x 11 ¾”
- 80 sheets (160 pages) of Rhodia extra white lined 80g paper.
- Card covers are coated & waterproof
- Double wire binding – never snags
- Micro-perforated sheets for easy and clean removal
Do you use one of our Meeting Books? If not, might this be a good item to add to your holiday gift list?
My “meeting book” is a cheapo spiralbound Mead notebook, BUT . . . the wire spiral is covered by a fabric bit. Personally, I have a strong dislike for wirebound notebooks and the only reason I use this Mead is because the spiral is covered up.

If I worked in a real office this would be a nice notebook to try.

I bought the rhodia meeting book while on holiday in France. I’m sure everyone wanders around stationery shops when they are on holiday.
I use it for one particular committee that I chair. It’s excellent for keeping track of the main points and actions. As usual the paper is a joy to write on.

Well, I use the black webbies as meeting books: I’m a lawyer, and at first, I used yellow notepads. but then I realised, I have all those notes, that I never file anyway, and they just get lost in my office. So 4 years ago I changed my system: I now use a webnotebook for all my meetings. Once a webbie is full, I number it and mark it with the dates it contains. If I need to review notes, I look up the relevent webbie – and I’m good!
My Black Books have become somewhat of a brand name in the office – “can you look it up in your books, please?”
