I now keep a separate dream journal after including dreams in my daily written journal for years. I found that some of the dreams were in series or of places that I’d visited in other dreams, so felt that I needed them in one place to be able to work with them more. I led a dream group once and it was pretty amazing the depth of material dreams gave us to work with. I highly recommend the practice.

I kept a dream journal back in the early 90s while I was unemployed (and therefore had plenty of time in the morning for such things). Had to stop because I was weirding myself out.
