Rhodia on the Road

Stephanie

Road to Ohio

Seems as though it was once again time for my spring renewal of the spirit. This time, I decided to take a ride west to a state I have never visited before – Ohio.

I came out to take part in the Rhythm of Life Design Workshop which was held this past Saturday at Common Ground in Oberlin. Rhythm of Life Design is co-facilitated by Jim Donovan and Dr. Harry Pepper, and is a program which teaches a series of tools and concepts that help you to move past unhelpful habits and patterns in your life and transform them into ones that serve you well.

Knowing full well that I need better ways to manage my time as a writer/artist, the material I learned in the workshop will do well to steer me onto a more productive path.

  1. Thanks Father Matt – I remember your picture from Sandusky… :o)

FP in French – An outline? Not exactly sure what you would like to see… The 4 hour workshop was broken down into a series of modules, each a learning tool to help you access more of your truest self.
